Settlement of legal disputes

The Parties shall attempt to settle all their disputes arising from and related to the Contract through negotiation and out of court.

If any part or provision of the Agreement proves to be or becomes invalid, in whole or in part, for any reason, then it does not affect the entire Agreement, nor does it result in the invalidity of the other parts or provisions of the Agreement.
